Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the development of new and ongoing residential communities including:
o Working with civil engineers and planners to entitle and permit the work o Solicit and evaluate bids, establish budgets and schedules, oversee development work o Provide oversight to ensure quality, schedule and budget meet required standards o Provide ongoing soil, erosion and sediments control oversight and documentation o Working directly with the owners of the company
Qualifications:
Knowledge and Skills High level of interpersonal skills - with the ability to professionally interact with customers, legislators, inspectors, contractors and industry leaders.
Self-motivated, organized and with the ability to prioritize and function successfully with minimal direct supervision.
And the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Office level computer skills required - including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong analytical skills Understanding of state, county, and city development regulations Education and Work Experience Exposure to residential homebuilding or land development environment preferred Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering or construction management - or equivalent experience in home building and/or land development Job Type:
