, a full-service Law Firm is currently seeking a Receptionist to join the team! The ideal candidate will be a team player and will carry a professional and positive demeanor.

Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at reception.
Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner.
Observing business etiquette and maintaining a professional appearance.
Directing the flow of mail, faxes, and deliveries to reach the intended recipients.
Ordering and replenishing office supplies.
Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, and emailing, whenever needed Preparing refreshments, if needed Requirements:
Must have professional demeanor Must have excellent communication skills Must have excellent phone etiquette Must have ability to multitask Must be punctual and have excellent attendance If you are looking for the opportunity to make the most of your experience, talents, and work ethic, we may be the place for you! This position is in the Office Monday-Friday.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
