Shift Coordinator Production
Job Description Technical coordination of a shift group and monitoring of production according to specifications along the value chain. Technical management of a shift group to ensure smooth production flow (overview and evaluation of current production, initiation of necessary measures, if necessary after coordination) Supporting the responsible manager in personnel-related issues (e.g. employee development, absenteeism, personnel deployment, etc.) Participation in the processing of complaints and deviations Assumption of activities in the current production according to specification Trustful cooperation with internal and external interfaces (e.g. production areas, TS, CS, plant management, TCC/SEC, HR, BR) Independent compliance with relevant operational requirements, standards and legal regulations (SOP, BV, tariff, law, etc.) Recommended Skills Pricing Strategies Regulatory Compliance Production Flow Analysis Value Chain Apply to this job.
