Full Time 4-10 hour or 5-8 hour shifts - No Nights - No Weekends The Registered Nurse- RN organizes and facilitates the patient throughout the operating room (OR).
The Registered Nurse- RN coordinates the overall case of the patient between the surgeon, anesthesiologist, and room staff.
The Registered Nurse - RN is responsible for an assigned operating room, facilitating an efficient workflow of the schedule by communicating changes and pertinent information.
Requirements:
Graduate of accredited School of Nursing Current Licensure as Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia or eligible to obtain Current BLS for Healthcare Provide certification Current ACLS certification 1 year of operating room experience Experience in critical care, telemetry, emergency room beneficial Knowledge of electronic medical records system Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Ability to work as part of a team Must be able to work independently Must be detailed oriented Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skill Strong sense of discretion and professionalism.
