We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Server.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome - Seat guests and provide them with menus - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Enter orders into the Aloha POS system - Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables - Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow - Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions about the menu ### Skills:
- Excellent guest relations skills - Strong hospitality mindset - Proficient in phone etiquette - Knowledge of food service procedures - Familiarity with restaurant operations - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Experience using POS systems, preferably Aloha POS - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work effectively in a team environment Join our team and be part of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
