Evening Graveyard Responsibilities include:
Processing reservations that are booked via phone call, email, online, and other systems.
Assisting clients in the planning and coordination of their ground transportation needs.
Working with Coworkers, Managers and Drivers to resolve issues as they arise.
The ideal applicant will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
Ability to be patient while working with clients.
Ability to multi-task (example:
entering data while talking on the phone).
Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
Strong data entry skills with an eye for details.
Call center (inbound or outbound) and / or retail customer service experience.
