As a Transportation Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for defining and executing the transportation strategy, delivering the right products, at the right time and at expected costs. In the process, your efforts will drive high levels of customer satisfaction, while contributing to Signify's carbon reduction initiatives and financial performance. What you'll do Develop and lead the regional Transportation strategy, supporting all modes of transport, for Signify and Cooper Lighting facilities. Implement and manage transportation service performance, in line with agreed targets, supported by the Transport Management System Propose and lead, cross functional, continuous improvement initiatives to achieve service and cost targets. Enable digitization of transport processes and services, to improve the customer experience. Manage the supplier relationships. Your qualifications Bachelor's degree required 4 or greater years of experience in logistics/transportation/end to end supply chain Supply chain knowledge, experience in all modes of Transportation. TMS experience along with proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) Knowledge of PowerBI, Snowflake and SQL queries Preferred Possess a continuous improvement mindset; experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies preferred 30% Travel to plants/factories What you'll get in return Salary:
$115,300- $169,070 USD Bonus:
