 Responsible for processing payroll and managing travel and overtime, monitoring and managing petty cash account and P-card transactions, assembling client and employee files and managing requirements for each, interviewing and hiring field-staff employees, responsible for recruiting, and hiring Direct Care Staff and conducting new hire orientation,  marketing for new clients, overseeing employee travel and overtime pay, managing state and federal grant funding to ensure the monies were kept within the required budget.
